This work package contributes to the specific objectives of the project through transparency, visibility, information and public awareness.

Activity 2.1. Session launching the project 05.09.2017)
Location: Valcani - Cultural House, September 5, 2017, 15:00

The participants are representatives of neighboring communes or from the private area, press, inhabitants of Valcani. There were speeches from representatives of the two partners, Mayor Stana Ðember from Čoka and Mayor Buicu Dragoş Ioan from Valcani. The presentation of the project was made by Deputy Mayor Adina Galu.

Activity 2.2 Promotional materials / Creating and distributing visibility materials according to the visual identity guide.
Information and communication activities are represented by public events, visits, information campaigns, conferences, press articles, website, billboards, roll-ups, flyers, brochures, banners, pencils and custom shirts, photos. Posters and flyers are distributed through different activities.

        

Activity 2.3 Public events-press conferences
Four press conferences are scheduled for this activity. The first press conference was held in Valcani on September 5, 2017, the second in November 2017, at Čoka. The next two press conferences will take place after the investment is completed.

Activity 2.4 Digital activities - Building and managing the website with the project information
The website has the role of promoting the project and its activities. The information will be presented in Romanian, Serbian, English and Hungarian.
