This work package contributes to the specific objectives of the project through transparency, visibility, information and public awareness.

The aim of this work package is to strengthen the cooperation between partners at as many levels as possible, especially with regard to young people, in order to increase the interest in culture, history and traditions in the border area.

The implementation team coordinates and monitors the progress of the project and consists of 6 members from the two partner localities. Valcani commune, as the project leader, organizes meetings of the implementation team, which aim at the follow-up of the project activities, maintaining the relationship between the partners and the Managing Authority. The implementation team also draws up the project management plan, partner reports, and the progress report of the project for each reported quarter. The Romanian partner benefits from the services of a financial manager who prepares the financial reports. Besides these meetings, members of the implementation team communicate via email or phone.
